Custom project supply starts at 500 m\u00b2 per SKU for fully-custom orders. Standard catalog items can be supplied from 200 m\u00b2. For mixed catalog orders we are flexible \u2014 talk to us about your project specifics.

Do you handle Thai customs clearance?

Yes. Our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Thailand option includes full ocean freight from Huzhou Port to Laem Chabang, customs clearance, import duty, and onward delivery to your project site \u2014 a single quote covers everything.

What documents are included with shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, FSC chain-of-custody certificate, CE certificate, ENF emission certificate, fumigation certificate, and phytosanitary certificate. All required for Thai import.

How is custom production verified before manufacturing?

Our project team verifies CAD drawings, cut lists, finish samples, and quantity takeoffs before tooling. We send physical sample boards to your office for sign-off prior to bulk production. No production starts without your written approval.

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard B2B terms: 30 percent deposit on order confirmation, 70 percent balance on bill of lading. For long-term partners we offer L/C at sight or net 30 against invoice. Letter of guarantee accepted from established Thai contractors.
