What products does Yongji offer?

We offer 268+ products across 23 series: Solid Hardwood (93+ models including geothermal-compatible, flat-lay, Cézanne art series, and the all-teak Farmer’s Mountain Forest collection), Engineered Multi-Layer (36+ models in herringbone, fishbone, chevron, Picasso, Magic Cube, and Louvre Palace patterns), Laminate Flooring (43 models with reinforced and antibacterial options), and Specialty/Premium Collections (42+ models including 6D antibacterial, Wood Essence, and high-end custom).

What is ENF Zero-Added Formaldehyde?

ENF (企业标准无醛添加) is China’s highest environmental standard for flooring, meaning zero formaldehyde is added during the manufacturing process. This is stricter than the E0 or E1 standards. Yongji’s ENF-certified products are ideal for families with children, allergy sufferers, and health-conscious buyers. Our ENF certification is verified by independent third-party testing labs.

What is 6D Antibacterial flooring?

Our 6D Antibacterial series uses patented antimicrobial technology embedded in the flooring surface. It inhibits 99.9% of common bacteria including E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus. This technology is permanent — it doesn’t wash off or wear out. Perfect for hospitals, schools, hotels, and homes with young children. Currently available in 5 models.

Is your solid wood flooring compatible with underfloor heating?

Yes! Our Solid Hardwood Geothermal Series (实木地暖) is specifically engineered for underfloor heating systems. With 62 models in teak, oak, rosewood, elm, and walnut, it’s our largest product line. Sizes range from 900-1200mm length × 116-152mm width × 18mm thickness. These floors undergo special drying and treatment processes to ensure dimensional stability with temperature changes.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 50 sqm per product model. For custom orders (special sizes, finishes, or colors), the MOQ may be higher — typically 100-200 sqm. For the Project Supply series (装饰公司, 53 models), we offer flexible MOQs for contractors. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Do you offer free samples?

Yes! We offer free sample sets for serious buyers. Each set includes 3-5 sample pieces of your selected products. Shipping within Thailand is free for sample requests. You can also request additional samples or schedule a video walkthrough.

What is the lead time from order to delivery?

In-stock items: 2-3 weeks (production picking + shipping from China to Thailand). Custom orders: 4-8 weeks (production + shipping). Project Supply orders: We can discuss expedited timelines for large-volume projects. We always confirm the exact schedule before you place an order.

Do you handle shipping and customs clearance?

Yes — we provide full door-to-door service including packaging, ocean freight, customs clearance, import documentation, and delivery to your site anywhere in Thailand. All import duties and taxes are quoted transparently upfront. No hidden fees, no surprises.

How does the 20-year warranty work?

All Yongji flooring products come with a 20-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects, delamination, and structural integrity under normal use conditions. This is one of the longest warranties in the industry. The warranty is backed directly by Yongji as the manufacturer — not a third party. Normal wear and tear, improper installation, and water damage from flooding are not covered. We provide detailed warranty documentation with every order.

Is your flooring suitable for Thailand’s tropical climate?

Absolutely — we specifically recommend products for tropical climates:

Engineered Multi-Layer: Best choice for high humidity — the multi-layer construction provides superior dimensional stability
Teak solid wood: Naturally resistant to moisture, insects, and decay — the classic tropical hardwood
Laminate with 6D antibacterial: Waterproof and resistant to mold growth
We avoid recommending certain solid species that are prone to movement in high humidity, and always provide climate-specific installation guidance

Payment & Service

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer) — the standard for B2B transactions. For large orders, L/C (Letter of Credit) is also available. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipping. We can discuss flexible payment terms for repeat customers and large-volume projects. PayPal is available for sample orders.

Can I visit a showroom or factory?

Yes! You’re welcome to request samples or schedule a video product walkthrough — contact us to set up a session. For large-volume buyers, we can also arrange factory visits in China to see the manufacturing process firsthand. We’ll help coordinate travel, translation, and factory tours.

Pricing & Terms

How much do shipping and customs fees add to the product price?

For Thailand, all-inclusive door-to-door pricing is typically 15-25% above FOB Shanghai, depending on volume. For a 40’HC container (about 850 sqm of engineered flooring), freight + customs + last-mile averages USD 3,000–4,500. We quote exact totals upfront — no surprises at customs.

What happens if the wrong product is delivered or damage is found?

Every order is photographed before sealing, and the container has serial numbers. If any damage or wrong SKUs are found within 15 days of delivery, we replace at our cost — no paperwork hassle. Claims are rare (under 0.3%), but we handle them fast.

Can we get wholesale pricing tiers for repeat orders?

Yes. We offer 4 pricing tiers based on annual volume: 500+ sqm (5% discount), 2,000+ sqm (10%), 5,000+ sqm (15%), 10,000+ sqm negotiable. Tier locks for 12 months once qualified. Good for distributors and developers with multiple projects.

Project Support

Do you provide installation crews or just the flooring?

We do not install directly, but we partner with trusted installation teams across Thailand. You can hire them separately at market rates, or your own contractor can request our free installation manual and video guides. Custom patterns (herringbone, Louvre) come with on-site training for your installers.

Can we order different products in one shipment?

Absolutely. Mixed container orders are standard for contractors and dealers. Minimum 50 sqm per SKU, and the container fills efficiently — solid hardwood, engineered, and laminate can ship together. We optimize the load to reduce your shipping cost per square meter.

Do you do private labeling (our brand on your product)?

Yes — OEM/ODM services include custom labels, packaging design, and even branded sample boxes for your showroom. Minimum order 700 sqm per design for private label. Ideal for distributors who want to build their own brand equity.
